Reservation Policy

 

Any changes to your reservation must be made as early as possible by email.

 

In the event of cancellation any refund will be made in accordance with the Le 

Pras Cancellation Policy.

 

In the event of a no-show on the check-in date we are obliged to hold all monies paid to us.

 

Please leave the property as you find it to avoid excess cleaning charges.  

 

Please note that the use of all facilities and  grounds are entirely at the user’s risk. Important notice: we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim of any kind arising out of staying at, or travelling to or from Le Pras This includes all trips whilst on your holiday. Any safety guidelines displayed at the property must be followed. This includes, and is not limited to, use of the swimming pool.

 

Le Pras does not accept responsibility for any cancellation or effect on your holiday due to war, terrorism, natural disasters, industrial dispute, civil strife, adverse weather conditions or acts of God.

 

It is highly recommended that you take out adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of your holiday.

 

Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

Check in after 3pm, check out 11.00am

 

When submitting a holiday booking, a deposit of 25% is payable + a refundable damage deposit of £200. Full payment for the holiday must be made no later than 60 days before the start date of the holiday.​

 

Balance payment in full must be received no later that 60 days prior to arrival date.

 

All payments should be made online through this website. If you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer please email us at info@lepras.com for details.

 

By paying the deposit to secure your reservation you accept the terms and conditions of the Reservation Policy.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

When submitting a holiday booking, a deposit of 25% is payable + a refundable damage deposit of £200. Full payment for the holiday must be made no later than 60 days before the start date of the holiday.​

 

Balance payment in full must be received no later that 60 days prior to arrival date.

 

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by email. 

 

If you cancel your booking prior to 90 days before the start of the holiday, your 25% deposit + damage deposit will be refunded. If your booking is cancelled less than 90 days but greater than 60 days before the start of the holiday your 25% deposit + damage deposit will be refunded subject to a cancellation fee £200. If you cancel your booking prior to 60 days before the start of the holiday 100% of the total cost is forfeited, however, the damage deposit will be refunded.

 

By paying the deposit to secure your reservation you accept the terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy.

We receive, any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. However, we do not knowingly collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools such as analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email),payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback in relation to your reservation only.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above and in relation to your reservation only.

 

We do not directly share any of your personal information with any other third party or company. 

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information (such as name, email address) for the following purposes:

To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages or to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you in relation to applicable national laws and any agreement we may have with you.
